Pacific Christian School (PCS) was established in 1965 as a Preschool; and as a direct ministry of the church, which at the time was called First Assembly of God. In 1978 the Preschool expanded to include a Kindergarten. Then, in 1982 the school expanded again to include all elementary grade levels up to sixth grade. PCS has provided a faith-based, Christian education to residents of the local community every year since. Today, PCS is the largest ministry of Pacific Christian Center and consists of a licensed Preschool through Eighth-grade program. The school is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International [ACSI] and the California Association of Private School Organization [CAPSO], the largest private school organization in the State.
